Novis:

- organizes your inquiry, and
- shares your inquiry with a licensed mortgage professional or licensed mortgage brokerage partner in the relevant area so they can contact you and discuss your options.
Novis does not guarantee any mortgage product, rate, approval, lender, or outcome.
2.No Mortgage Advice by Novis
Information presented through the Services is provided for general informational purposes only.
Novis does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial planning advice through this website. Mortgage recommendations, suitability assessments, and advice (if any) are provided by the licensed mortgage professional or licensed mortgage brokerage partner who contacts you.
3.Eligibility and Use of Services
You may use the Services only if:
- you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and
- you provide truthful, accurate, and current information to the best of your knowledge.
You agree not to:
- use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes,
- submit another person’s personal information without authority, or
- interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
4.Your Inquiry and Consent to Contact
By submitting an inquiry through Novis, you authorize Novis to:
- collect and use the information you provide to process your inquiry; and
- share your inquiry with our licensed mortgage partner(s) so they may contact you regarding your request.
You acknowledge that contact may occur by phone, text message, and/or email, depending on the contact details you provide and your preferences (if selected).
If you provide a mobile phone number, you confirm that the number belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it.
5.No Guarantee of Contact or Availability
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that:
- you will be contacted,
- a mortgage professional will be available,
- you will receive a quote, rate, or approval, or
- any mortgage product will be suitable or available to you.
Availability and outcomes depend on many factors, including your financial profile, lender criteria, property details, and applicable laws/regulations.
6.Third-Party Partners
Novis works with third-party licensed mortgage professionals and/or licensed mortgage brokerages (“Partners”). Once your inquiry is shared with a Partner, that Partner’s own terms, privacy practices, and professional/regulatory obligations may apply to their handling of your information and communications.
Novis is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, services, or content of any Partner.
7.Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: novis.ca/privacy-policy.
8.Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, branding, logos, and design elements, is owned by Novis or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novis disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novis and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novis’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed CAD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novis and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- your misuse of the Services,
- your violation of these Terms, or
- your submission of false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
12.Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
